DISCOVERY CALL 

We talk about your project scope, budget, timeline, concerns. 30 minutes. No pitch. Just an honest assessment of where you are and what you need.

DOCUMENT REVIEW

We review your drawings, contracts, estimates, and schedule. We flag risks, gaps, and anything that doesn't add up  before construction starts or continues.

ACTIVE MANAGEMENT

We manage the project: schedule tracking, budget oversight, consultant coordination, site visits, progress reports, and direct communication. We're not observing we're running it.

CLOSEOUT & HANDOFF

Punch list management, final inspections, and project documentation. We make sure you get what you paid for  complete, correct, and closed out properly.
